| When you order over the phone and you require delivery
Mischief Costumes uses a Sydney wide courier service that
provides delivery to wherever you request. Returns of
the hired goods to Mischief is as simple as calling the
courier phone number provided or going to their website
and placing your order. They will collect from wherever
is practical for you. |

The cost of the delivery and return is $30.00 inclusive
of insurance. The
insurance will cover the risk of the hired goods being
lost in transit. You
will receive delivery orders the next working day after
ordering |

| When ordering an outfit over the phone we will take
your credit card details, and for the hire fee, will process
the transaction through an electronic terminal immediately
after the phone call. For the deposit amount we will complete
a manual paper credit card slip, which will be destroyed
upon complete return of the hired goods. |
